Our Deposit and Booking Policy

To secure your booking, we ask for a deposit. The amount depends on the type of consultation or treatment you book.

  • A deposit is needed to secure your booking.
  • The deposit amount depends on the consultation or treatment.
  • Cancel before 48 hours—you can move your deposit to your next booking.
  • Cancel within 48 hours—the deposit is not refunded.
  • You can move your deposit up to 3 times.
  • If you miss all 3 bookings, the deposit is lost, and a new one is needed.
We put this in place to protect our time and yours.
