Our Deposit and Booking Policy

To secure your booking, we ask for a deposit. The amount depends on the type of consultation or treatment you book.

A deposit is needed to secure your booking.

Cancel before 48 hours—you can move your deposit to your next booking.
Cancel within 48 hours—the deposit is not refunded.
You can move your deposit up to 3 times.
If you miss all 3 bookings, the deposit is lost, and a new one is needed.
